LOCATION DETAILS

This is Merriman’s most intimate private dining location. The Cabana is a permanent structure that sits on our deck. Enjoy sweeping ocean views with a front row seat of the sunset over the island of Molokai. The Cabana can accommodate up to 40 guests. For parties of up to 24, there is a $2500 food and beverage minimum to reserve the Cabana. The minimum increases by $100 per person over the count of 24.

LOCATION DETAILS

For the ultimate wedding experience you can buyout the entire Merriman's Kapalua property for the evening. With this option, you have exclusive use of the entire restaurant, both the deck and main dining room, from 3pm to 10pm. This is the only option to have a DJ and dance floor. The deck can be used for the ceremony and cocktail reception, and then guests can enjoy plated dinner service in the main dining room. Pricing varies throughout the year: in the months of April through July and September through December, the food and beverage minimum is $25,000 and the site fee is $10,000. During the months of January through March and the month of August, the buyout price is a $25,000 food and beverage minimum plus a $20,000 site fee.

    LOCATION DETAILS

    Lunch buyouts are an amazing option to have an exclusive event at Merriman's while maximizing the daytime views. This is also a great option to have live music or a DJ without the expense of an evening buyout. Lunch buyouts are available Monday through Saturday. The hours for a lunch event are from 10am to 2pm. You would have exclusive use of the entire restaurant, inside and outside. There is a $4000 food and beverage minimum and $1000 site fee for this option. An additional $200 setup fee applies for ceremonies on the deck.
