The Kapalua Bay Lawn sits on a cliff overlooking Molokai and beautiful Kapalua Bay. The lawn can accommodate up to 40 guests. It is the ideal location for your oceanfront wedding ceremony and cocktail reception. The Kapalua Bay Lawn may be reserved from 10am to 2pm or 3pm until sunset.

This location is also available for cocktail receptions with a maximum of 50 guests. Staffing fees will apply.

The Private Cabana is Merriman’s most intimate private dining experience. The Cabana is located on our oceanfront Kapalua Bay Deck with sweeping ocean views overlooking Molokai and Lanai. Experience Merriman's fine dining food and service, while enjoying one of the island's best views of the sunset. We can fit a maximum of 40 guests in the Cabana.

For the ultimate dining experience, you can choose to secure the entire Merriman's Kapalua property for the evening. With this option, you have exclusive use of the entire restaurant, both the Kapalua Bay Deck and Main Dining Room, from 3 pm to 10 pm. The Deck boasts panoramic ocean views, making it an unforgettable outdoor experience for any event. This location is great for ceremonies and cocktail receptions. The main dining room is available for plated dinner service. You may choose to have a DJ and a dance floor with the Evening Exclusive option. Lunch Exclusives are our best-kept secret. This option allows you to have an exclusive event at Merriman's while maximizing the daytime views. This is also a great option to have live music or a DJ without the expense of an Evening Exclusive. Lunch Exclusives are available Monday through Saturday. Depending on your guest count and preference, you may choose to have your ceremony on the Kapalua Bay Deck or the Kapalua Bay Lawn. The Cabana and dining room are available for plated lunch service. With this option you would have exclusive use of the entire restaurant from 10 am to 2 pm.
